24 Hour Play Festival
Dec 4 and Dec 5 at North Moore High School
Each school will send 2 playwrights, 2 directors, 2 tech leads, and 3-4 actors.

NOTE: These are instructions from last year. There may be a few updates this year, but this is a good starting point.
Students will come to North Moore on Dec 4 at 4:30 and participate in meet and greet to get to know everyone that they will be working with over the weekend. Everyone but the playwrights leave at 6:00. The Playwrights will stay and write their play from 6:00-10:00. All scripts must be finished before they leave at 10:00. Kim will email the directors and the actors the script that they will be working on by 10:30. This will give them the opportunity to look over it before rehearsal begins. Kim will purchase pizza and snacks for the work evening.
All directors, playwrights and tech arrive at NM at 8:00 am on Dec 5 for a production style meeting with Kim and the lead stage managers for the show. All actors will meet at North Moore at 9:00 am Dec 5. They will do a read through, rehearse, and do a dress rehearsal throughout the day. They will perform at 7:30 that night.
