Schedule
If you know in advance that are going to be absent for a rehearsal, email your director [email protected] AND your stage manager [email protected] as soon as you know. Please include the reason for your absence in the email.
If you have to miss a rehearsal that you are scheduled for, please make sure you have someone at the rehearsal taking notes for you. You are still responsible for knowing any information or changes that relate to you or your character.
If you are running late for a rehearsal, please text your stage manager directly.

- Monday, Nov 20, In Class Rehearsal (full cast and crew, clean up rough spots) during first period

Friday November 3 (Day 1 of NCTC)
Attire: You may come dressed in your base costume if you would like to. After our show, change into reasonably nice looking pants (jeans are fine...just no massive strategically placed holes) and a Pinecrest shirt OR something Pinecrest colors.
Food: Lunch will be the only meal provided on Friday. Bring your breakfast, or arrive having already eaten. Snack/water bottles will be sold at the festival for $1.
Audience: Friends/family can attend and watch shows if they want to, there is no admission fee. Make sure they arrive early, though. Once a show starts, no one is allowed to enter.
Saturday November 4 (Day 2 of NCTC)
Attire: Plan to wear reasonably nice looking pants (jeans are fine...just no massive strategically placed holes) and our BFG t-shirt.
Food: Lunch AND dinner are provided on Saturday. Bring your breakfast, or arrive having already eaten. Snack/water bottles will be sold at the festival for $1.
Audience: Friends/family can attend and watch shows if they want to, there is no admission fee. Make sure they arrive early, though. Once a show starts, no one is allowed to enter.

- 7:00 am: Arrive at North Moore. We are car pooling there (we won't meet at Pinecrest first). Park in the student parking lot, behind the auditorium area. We will load in our set as soon as North Moore is ready.
- 7:30 am: Tech Meeting, then Pinecrest will go backstage to the dressing as soon as tech meeting finishes.
- 8:30 am: Pinecrest The BFG performs (audience members who want to watch our show should plan to arrive by 8:15 am)
- 1:00 pm: Lunch Break
- 7:00 pm: End of Day 1, depart North Moore.
