Presentation Schedule:
Assignment: Presentation Typed Copy
This should be a Google Doc, it is the typed copy of what you are presenting to us (what you say in your speech). See below for examples.
Assignment: Digital Presentation
This should be a PowerPoint, a Google Slide, or some other digital presentation. See below for examples.
NOTE: The format for these assignments is very similar to the Speech Project in Theatre 1.
- Wednesday, May 31: All Group Presentations
- Friday, June 2: Individual Presentations AND in class scoring of Final Products

NOTE: The format for these assignments is very similar to the Speech Project in Theatre 1.
Basics of Project Presentation:
* Final cast/crew list
* Final scenic design Product
* Final costume design Product
* Final Poster
* Final Program Copy hard copy (you will need 5 physical copies of this to pass around)
* Images from your Social Media, links for us to view it
* Your presentation should NOT be a plot summary of the play
* Final product from your 'area of choice'
NOTE: These are the minimum to include, you can put in more, even if it wasn't in your assignments you have already submitted.
* highlight your featured actor and designer
- Your presentation will be directed towards us an investors, showing off the work you have already done to convince us to invest in your production.
- Presentation 4-7 minutes total
- Professional Dress is required for your presentation
- Digital Aid (PowerPoint, Google Presentation, Prezi) will accompany your presentation
- On presentation day, you may bring up note cards to help you (no full sheets of paper allowed)
- On presentation day, a typed copy of your speech and your Digital Aid should both be submitted through Canvas.
- Presentation should focus on the work you have already done, should include:

Virtual Project Presentation:
- Your presentation will be scored using the same rubric above, just like if you were doing the presentation face to face.
- Log in to Flipgrid with your school ncmcs.net email address and password (Flipgrid link provided soon).
- Upload your video under the topic 'Virtual Project Presentation.'
- Make sure you still upload your 'Typed Copy' (Assignment 8a) and your 'Digital Presentation' (Assignment 8b) to Canvas.
- Watch the video below for instructions on how to use flipgrid. NOTE: This video is designed for the Theatre 1 speech project, but the basics of how to create your digital presentation, and how to create a video via Flipgrid, remain the same.
