End of Year Theatre Party
What is it? Our end of the year theatre party is where we can get together, share memories from the past year, and say goodbye to our graduating seniors or our friends who are transferring.
Where and When? The Pinecrest Players end of year celebration will be at the Aberdeen Lake Park Picnic Shelter on Friday, June 6. Plan to arrive between 5 and 5:30 pm. We will start eating as soon as people bring food (this is a potluck). Senior goodbyes and Book presentations will begin about 6:00 pm.
What if the weather is bad? If a little rain is expected, we will still plan on being at Aberdeen Lake, as the shelter is large. However, if the weather looks very bad, our backup site is the PHS auditorium stage.
Who's Invited? Anyone who participated in the theatre program this year is invited (on stage, backstage, in class, virtual...etc). And, you may bring a guest (or guests) if you like, we just ask that you let us know who is coming.
Is there food? Yes, food will be provided by you (the students)...the theatre program will provide water bottles, plates, utensils, & napkins. All other food and drink will be brought by students
What should we bring? Everything is potluck. We're asking everyone sign up to bring something to share...chips, snacks, drinks, a dessert, etc. Please bring things that are already individual serving size (soda cans/bottles, individually wrapped desserts/snacks, etc). Check the spreadsheet below to see who is coming, and what they are bringing.

Are you a graduating senior (or a student not returning to Pinecrest your senior year)? If so, you have the option of requesting a senior book (just an option, it's not required). If you would like to request a senior book, you MUST fill out the senior book request form no later than Thursday, May 29. (The deadline has passed, this form is now closed)
