Theatre Warm Up Activities
The types of activities on the days listed are only suggestions, not requirements.
- Mondays: Good news, Deep breathing/projection
- Tuesdays: Team/Ensemble Building
- Wednesdays: Physical Warm-ups (Yoga, stretching, Tai Chi, etc)
- Thursdays: Vocal Articulation Activities (Tongue Twisters)
- Fridays: Open (we can do one of the above activities, or we can try something new, an improvisation activity, etc).
