If you are going to be absent or late for any rehearsal, you must email Mr. Faw and Mrs. Barnes (directors). If you will be missing a vocal rehearsal, include Mrs Kirsten in the email. Make sure to include the reason for your absence or your tardy in the email. If you do not communicate your absence or tardy, you may be removed from that scene, or you may no longer be playing that character.
ALSO, if you cannot be in attendance, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for sending someone in your place to the rehearsal to be your stand in for any music, choreography and/or staging & blocking (this also applies to leaving early from or coming late to rehearsal). This stand in should not be your stage manager, and it should not be someone who is already in that scene. You are responsible for learning it on your own time before the next time we work on that scene. If you are absent and do not have a stand in present, you may be removed from that scene, or you may no longer be playing that character.

Feb 2 through Feb 13 rehearsal schedule will be posted soon. We WILL have a full on stage cast rehearsal on Saturday, Feb 7 from 10am-2pm.
There should be NO scheduled absences from rehearsals starting Feb 16. The final rehearsals are full cast, and it is very important that we have the full cast present for these rehearsals. (This information was on the audition contract that was signed and submitted at auditions)
The week of Feb 16-20 we will be putting together the acts/scenes of the show on stage, and some days will be sitzprobe days (sing through with the orchestra). We will know soon which days will be the sitzprobe and which days will be putting the scenes together.

For Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Production Week (Feb 23, 24, and 25), students will have a break from the end of school until 4:45pm. They are welcome to stay in the auditorium if they like and catch up on homework. If they have a safe way to leave campus, they are welcome to do that as well, as long as they are back and ready to rehearse by 4:45pm.
There will be a break each of these days sometime around 7pm (depending on what is happening in rehearsal at that point). Snacks will be provided for the students, but we are not able to provide a full meal on these evenings.

Strike after the show, mandatory for all cast and crew members, until appx 7pm
Everyone bring work clothes and closed toed/closed heel shoes (not sandals) for strike
Food will be provided for everyone staying to help for strike
Senior Posters can be given out after strike, appx 7-8 pm
CAST MEMBERS: If you have not yet returned your script (fully erased), bring with you to Sunday’s show to turn in at the beginning of strike. There will be someone will be checking off who turns theirs in. If you have not turned in your script by Tuesday, March 3, you will owe $40 for the missing script.
